WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MODEL #1 AND MODEL #2?
Model #1 is our fuller cut and Model #2 is the same style but trimmer in the rise, seat and leg.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your order is usually processed in 24–48 hours providing we have the item in stock but it will depend on your location as to how many days it will take.

WHAT MAKES YOUR KHAKIS SO GOOD?
We feel it’s the right combination of cut, quality, consistency and authenticity.

HOW DO I GO ABOUT EXCHANGING MY KHAKIS?
We will gladly exchange any item that has not been hemmed or washed. Please return them with a note explaining what you would like and your name, address and phone number.

DO YOU MAKE KHAKIS FOR WOMEN?
While Bills are cut and made for men, certainly there are plenty of women who wear them and love them, just as generations of women have worn and loved men’s jeans.

Our best recommendation would be to find a local retailer nearby that carries Bills Khakis. This way, you can try them on and find the fit that works best for you. You can find a store using the “find a local retailer” tool on our website. If you can’t get to a store to try them on, we can offer these tips:

Model 1 is our relaxed fit � long in the rise, full through the seat, rise and legs. This is the best option if you need extra room in the backside. Model 2 is our standard fit � medium rise and fullness through the seat and legs.

Also, please be aware that all of our khakis are shipped with unfinished lengths - this means that you will have to take them to a tailor to have a cuff or hem put on. If you shop locally at a store, most likely they will have tailoring services available to take care of this for you.

CAN YOU SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?
We currently use UPS to ship all of our orders so we need a physical street address to which we can ship your order. The only exception is that we use US Mail to ship to APO-AE addresses.

WHY CAN’T I SPECIFY MY INSEAM?
At this time, we do not offer finished lengths on our pants. We ship everything with “open bottoms” which means you need to take them for hems or cuffs after you receive them.

There are over 500 retailers across the country that carry Bills Khakis. Most of these retailers offer tailoring services right there in the store and can take care of finishing the bottoms for you. You will also save by not having to pay shipping costs. The biggest benefit is that you can try them on and make sure the fit is right. Retailers also have access to our Limited Edition products each season, which are available exclusively through retailers. CAN I ORDER LIMITED EDITION ITEMS DIRECTLY FROM YOU?
Each season, Bills Khakis offers Limited Edition fabrics and colors that are available exclusively though men’s specialty stores. To find the store nearest you, please use the Retailer Locator on our website. If you would like specifically to know where you can find certain Limited Edition products, you can find that information on the Limited Edition page of our website (use the retailer locator on the RIGHT) or you can call us directly and we can tell you which stores are carrying which products.

WHAT IS YOUR 110% GUARANTEE?
If you are not satisfied upon receiving one of our products, or should the quality of our sewing ever fail you, we will make things right, whether it be exchange, repair or refund.

Over time, we cannot guarantee our product against becoming worn, torn, faded or frayed. Fabric rips and tears suffered in the pursuit of life’s adventures are unfortunately not covered under our 110% guarantee.
